Booking & Payments

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled according to the terms agreed upon in your photography contract or booking agreement. Digital products and delivered images are non-refundable.

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services and maintain website functionality, RTM by Erica photography is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of this website or photography services, including but not limited to technical issues, data loss, or dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control.
